What We Inspect

What is a Snagging Inspection?

Mackay Property Surveying & Consultancy provides detailed new-build snagging inspections for buyers who want a clear photographic record of defects and a developer-ready report.

Each inspection is visual and non-intrusive, covering readily accessible areas only. The report includes photographs, a room-by-room defect schedule and practical notes to help you raise matters with your developer.

All inspections are visual and non-intrusive. We do not carry out structural surveys, specialist damp investigations, electrical or gas safety inspections, EPCs or fire risk assessments.
