Megan Mackay
Building Standards Surveyor

Mackay Property Surveying & Consultancy is led by Megan Mackay, a qualified Building Surveyor with over ten years' experience across new-build customer care, construction, property inspections and Building Standards.

Megan previously worked as a Customer Relations Manager with a major national housebuilder, where she gained direct experience inspecting new-build homes, identifying defects, liaising with homeowners and understanding how developers respond to snagging and remedial issues. She currently works as a Building Standards Surveyor and is progressing through the RICS APC pathway.

Megan holds an HNC in Construction Management, achieved with a Grade A, and a BSc (Hons) in Building Surveying, awarded with a 2:1.

Mackay Property Surveying & Consultancy provides independent, visual and non-intrusive inspections for homeowners, landlords, property investors and new-build buyers. Services include new-build snagging inspections, defect inspections, landlord condition reports and portfolio condition monitoring.
