Landlord condition reports provide a practical overview of visible property condition, repair priorities and maintenance risks within rental properties. Reports are designed to help landlords understand emerging defects, plan maintenance and keep a clear photographic record of property condition.
This service is suitable for self-managing landlords, small portfolio owners, property investors, void properties and pre-let reviews.
All inspections are visual and non-intrusive. Reports do not include electrical inspections, gas safety checks, EPCs, fire risk assessments, asbestos surveys or specialist damp investigations.

Portfolio condition monitoring is an annual professional service for landlords and property investors who want ongoing oversight of their rental properties. Plans may include annual condition inspections, photographic defect reports, priority works schedules, maintenance planning advice and review calls, depending on the agreed package.
Monthly payment options are provided as an interest-free payment arrangement for the annual service fee. They do not represent a discounted monthly subscription or rolling monthly contract. All portfolio monitoring plans are subject to an initial paid condition inspection and an agreed scope of service.
